Subcontractor Qualification                    

C & N Contractors, Inc. adds only pre-qualified companies to its Approved Subcontractor Bid List.  If you wish to have your company added to C & N Contractors, Inc. Approved Subcontractor  Bid List, you must complete a Contractors Qualification Statement and submit it to C & N Contractors, Inc. for review.  A completed Contractors Qualification Statement can be sent via facsimile, e-mail, or post.  Companies receiving a positive review will be offered an opportunity to make a presentation to our project management staff for final approval.   

Pre-Qualification Statement

All subcontractors wishing to engage in business with C & N Contractors, Inc. must have a current Workers’ Compensation Certificate, current Certificate of Insurance with C & N Contractors, Inc. listed as additional insured, and State of Ohio Construction Compliance Certificate.
